Terms & Conditions

Project-Based Services:

• A 50% deposit is required before project commencement
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and delivery
• For projects exceeding $10,000, payment may be divided into milestone-based installments as agreed in writing

Recurring Services:

• Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month
• Payment terms are Net 15 days from invoice date
• A 1.5% monthly service fee may be applied to overdue accounts

Project Deposits:

• Deposits are refundable if the client cancels within 48 hours of signing the contract
• After work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable but will be credited toward the final project cost

Completed Work:

Final payments for completed and delivered work are non-refundable. However, we will work with clients to address any legitimate concerns or issues with the delivered product.

Recurring Services:

• Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• No refunds for partial months of service
